EventPerfect is our all-inclusive package, designed to bring every essential element of a wedding day under one plan. By combining our in-house services with trusted professional vendors, this package covers the bulk of your celebration’s necessities — venue access, planning support, furnishings, décor, coordination, catering, cake, entertainment, and more. With everything thoughtfully bundled, EventPerfect removes the stress of piecing together services and ensures your day is seamless, elegant, and fully managed from start to finish.

Some enhancements are required in order to book the package, while others may be adjusted or removed to better suit your vision and budget. All services begin on a single comprehensive invoice, which you can then customize — keeping what matters most, scaling back what doesn’t, and tailoring the experience into the celebration that’s uniquely yours.

  • On your wedding day, you’ll enjoy 14 hours of exclusive access to Southern Charm Estate. From getting ready in our private suites to exchanging vows in the chapel or courtyard and celebrating late into the evening in the ballroom, every part of your day flows seamlessly.

  • We provide stylish tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, included in your EventPerfect package. This not only simplifies setup and saves on rentals but ensures every seating arrangement looks cohesive and blends seamlessly with your chosen décor.

  • While we always recommend working with a planner or coordinator, we offer valuable tools and resources to help make your event as smooth and stress-free as possible:

    • Client Portal – Secure access to your rental agreement, invoices, questionnaires, and planning tools, all in one place.

    • Planning Questionnaires – Designed to gather and organize the important details we’ll use to bring your event to life.

    • Trusted Vendor List – Our carefully curated list of recommended professionals to ensure a seamless celebration.

    • Venue Floor Plans – Ready-to-use layout and seating arrangement templates to make planning simple and stress-free.

      Note: Day-of Coordination is available as an add-on upon request.

  • Your rental includes a complimentary 2-hour rehearsal during the week of your wedding.

  • EventPerfect includes event liability insurance with Southern Charm Estate named as an additional insured. This coverage provides peace of mind by protecting against accidents, property damage, or unforeseen incidents, allowing you to enjoy your celebration without added cost or hassle.

  • Christine Benton, owner of Southern Charm Estate, has personally coordinated more than 100 weddings, giving her a wealth of hands-on experience in making events run flawlessly. As your Day-of Coordinator, she leverages her deep knowledge of the venue and the flow of wedding days to oversee timelines, manage vendors, and handle every detail with precision. Her combination of professionalism and personal care ensures couples can relax and enjoy their celebration, knowing that the person most invested in the venue’s success is guiding their wedding from start to finish.

  • Create a beautiful, customized ceremony with our inclusive chapel décor options. Couples may select a signature stage backdrop with enhancements, style the aisle with elegant décor, and enjoy fully dressed tables for gifts, unity, or a guest sign-in. Our team handles all setup and teardown, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

    • Choice of one stage backdrop: Wooden Cross, Broken Arch, Eucalyptus Ring, Octagon, or Pipe & Drape

    • Backdrop enhancements such as greenery, garland, sheer draping, or battery-operated candles

    • Up to 8 hanging end-cap décor pieces for pews

    • Up to 10 aisle décor pieces (lanterns, birdcages, etc.)

    • Up to 3 tables for gifts, unity ceremony, and/or sign-in book

    • Floor-length linens for all chapel tables (up to 3 included)

  • The EventPerfect package includes everything needed to create beautiful tablescapes for your reception. From floor-length linens and napkins to chargers and centerpieces, each detail is designed to bring a polished, cohesive look to your celebration.

    • 24 round floor-length table linens (120”)

    • 3 rectangular floor-length table linens

    • 2 rectangular black spandex buffet table linens

    • 200 polyester napkins (color options available)

    • 200 chargers (gold, silver, or clear)

  • Keep your guests refreshed with our Hydration Station. With staffed support, beverages remain stocked, chilled, and neatly presented for five hours of service, beginning at cocktail hour and continuing through the reception. The station features iced tea, water, and lemonade, served in clear dispensers with labeled signage. Disposable cups are provided and the station is placed in a central location for convenient guest access.

  • Our team ensures the venue is restored to showcase condition at the end of your event. This includes removal of all full trash bags from designated bins to the dumpster, wiping down tables and stacking chairs, general sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of event spaces, and a final walk-through to reset the venue to ready-to-tour condition.

  • Elevate Entertainment delivers high-energy DJ and emcee services designed to keep your wedding unforgettable from start to finish. With one hour of ceremony coverage and five hours of reception entertainment, their team provides seamless music transitions, professional sound, and clear direction for every special moment. Known for their engaging emcees and hype DJs, Elevate brings the perfect balance of excitement and polish—keeping guests on the dance floor, guiding the flow of the evening, and creating an atmosphere full of joy and celebration.

  • We are proud to feature bokeh., led by accomplished photographer Jordan, as our in-house photographer. With over 100 weddings photographed and a signature style that’s both timeless and emotive, Jordan has become an expert in capturing love stories at Southern Charm Estate. Jordan’s deep familiarity with the venue means she knows every magical corner, lighting nuance, and picture-perfect moment before it even happens—ensuring a seamless experience and stunning gallery from start to finish.

  • EventPerfect features our curated in-house silk floral rentals, thoughtfully designed to complete your wedding day look. Each collection includes the bride’s bouquet, bridal party bouquets, groom’s boutonniere, and groomsmen boutonnieres — all crafted to appear elegant, timeless, and picture-perfect. With these essentials already included in your package, you can enjoy stunning, stress-free florals without any added cost or hassle.

  • EventPerfect includes full-service catering for up to 200 guests. You’ll select one entrée option, each served with pre-selected sides, with the ability to customize from a wide variety of menu options. Service includes plates, utensils, and napkins, along with delivery, setup, and professional staff to serve your guests at the buffet — everything needed for a smooth and memorable dining experience.

  • Keep your guests energized with our self-service cappuccino machine, offering a variety of flavored cappuccinos and hot chocolate. Regular and decaf coffee are also available, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The station is neatly maintained for five hours of continuous service, beginning at cocktail hour and continuing through the reception.

  • EventPerfect includes five continuous hours of cash bar service, giving your guests the freedom to pay by the drink and order exactly what they love. Our professional bartenders will serve a full selection of bottled beer, local wine, mixed drinks, and signature cocktails — ensuring there’s something for everyone. With seamless service and a lively atmosphere, the cash bar keeps guests refreshed, the energy high, and your celebration unforgettable.

  • Raise a glass before the vows with a pre-ceremony drink service for the bridal suite and the groom’s lounge. Sparkling mimosas and refreshing assortments of beer create the perfect toast, delivered directly to each space so your wedding party can relax, sip, and enjoy a festive start to the celebration. It’s a simple yet thoughtful detail that sets the tone for the joyful moments to come.

  • Add a playful touch to your celebration with our Photo Booth. Guests can capture fun stills and GIFs, enhance their photos with digital props and filters, and instantly receive them on their phones. At the end of the night, you’ll also receive a complete gallery of every moment. The booth comes with your choice of floral backdrop, greenery only or classic white, making it a stylish and memorable addition to your wedding.
