Rehearsal Guideline

Thoughtful preparation to ensure your ceremony flows seamlessly

Your rehearsal is an exciting and important part of the wedding experience. This time is set aside to make sure everyone involved in your ceremony feels confident and knows exactly where to be and when — so your wedding day flows perfectly.

Rehearsal Day Etiquette & Logistics

  • The two hour rehearsal is dedicated to walking through your ceremony lineup, processional, order of events, and recessional. The goal is to make sure the wedding party, officiant, and any key participants feel comfortable and prepared.

  • Your rehearsal will be led by your coordinator or designated ceremony lead. They will guide everyone through each step so the day flows smoothly and confidently.

  • We will open the doors at your scheduled start time and close promptly at the scheduled end time.

    Punctuality Matters
Please ensure your wedding party arrives on time so you can begin promptly.

    Please Note
The 2-hour rehearsal window is strictly enforced. The venue will not be opened before or after your scheduled rehearsal time unless prior arrangements have been made.

    Additional Time
If you anticipate needing extra time, extended rehearsal hours may be available by request for an additional fee.

  • Rehearsals work best with just the people directly involved in the ceremony:

    • Bride & Groom

    • All Wedding Party Members

    • Officiant

    • Parents or family walking in the processional

    • Ushers, readers, or anyone with a specific ceremony role

Note: Keeping the group small and focused allows everyone to hear instructions and ensures we can complete multiple run-throughs if needed.

  • To keep things clear and on track, please note:

    • No Decorating: Décor setup must happen during your designated setup time on the wedding day.

    • No Rehearsal Dinners: Rehearsal dinners should be hosted offsite. These gatherings can distract from the purpose of the rehearsal, which is to focus on ceremony flow and coordination.

    • No Extended Social Time: Rehearsal time goes by quickly! Enjoy your loved ones, but keep the focus on practicing so everyone feels confident on the wedding day.

    • Remind your wedding party to bring anything they’ll use during the ceremony (e.g., unity elements, programs for readers, etc).

    • Encourage everyone to silence phones and be fully present.

    • A focused, on-time rehearsal means less stress and more joy on your wedding day.
